Our mission to empower women does not stop at the services we provide! To amplify our efforts to giving women everywhere the access and opportunity to fulfil their potential, we have teamed up with a super charity supporting women empowerment, "The Lady Fatemah Trust", whom we have committed to giving a portion of our income to.

The Lady Fatemah Trust have dedicated their time, energy and resources to supporting women in a variety of communities to find a platform for success!

It is a UK based, non-profit, non-governmental humanitarian organisation. Starting with mothers, they empower whole communities in the world’s poorest places to transform their life chances. And they work in local partnership to improve physical and mental health, support access fair education and create sustainable incomes.  

By investing in your own life, you are automatically making a difference and investing in the lives of many women in poor countries that actually need it the most. It's a win/win/win - a no brainer!

The types of causes you will be supporting include:

1- Mothernomics in Karbala transform their lives from women receiving sponsorship to entrepreneurs selling their garments globally through an e-store. The LFT helps to have febrile voices heard and be active participants in the community breaking any barriers to their success.

2- Save mothers lives in childbirth so mothers have the best change in life or a healthy pregnancy, childbirth and raising their children in Zanzibar. This gives mothers the best chances in life and shows that women going through childbirth deserve the respect and support as the pillars of their communities as they raise the next generation.

3- Ensure women and children in East Africa continue to have access to clean water for drinking washing and irrigation of crops. Too many women suffer without access to the most basic need for drinking water having to require hours of backbreaking lifting without the water being safe to drink.

Throughout these projects an integral part of the work is to ensure that the mental health well-being of the women and their children is protected and their growth mindset is nurtured so they have the best change of excelling in traditionally patriarchal societies where their voices aren’t always heard.

Over the decade these initiatives and more from the Lady Fatemah Trust will transform the lives of a million mothers worldwide.

I am a mum of 3 amazing children whom I adore limitlessly!

I grew up in a wealthy, loving and nurturing family, with parents that gave me everything I needed in life and I thank the Lord everyday for these blessings.

Yet I grew up not giving any weight to my own worth! I grew up abandoning my own dreams to fulfil others' expectations and always put myself aside because I believed that, that was the thing to do based on my culture and tradition! I couldn't have been more wrong! Doureine slowly faded away and was lost!

I quickly realised that just like in a plane, we are advised to put our own oxygen masks first in an emergency before helping others, I should have really been doing this in my life too and taken care of myself first - so that I could truly be of service!

This is something that had never even crossed my mind and never knew I could do! I had totally neglected myself to the point that I didn't really know who I was anymore!

After having my kids and going through my own post natal challenges, I intentionally took 8 years out to raise and focus on my beautiful family. After my youngest child was born, I realised that my level of confidence, my self-worth and self-value were almost non-existent.

And it was then that I started asking myself deeper questions, what am I teaching my children to become tomorrow? Where am I going in life and what is my divine purpose? What is the point of all this?

All these questions started flooding in my head as my kids were growing up (way too quickly) in a strange world full of "victims" (And I don't mean this disrespectfully especially since I used to be one myself).

One thing was sure, I didn't want my kids to be victims of their own lives but rather empowered by their lives, as if life is happening for them not to them! This was so very important for me! I wanted them to be equipped with the right tools and mindset so they can be in control of their own lives. But how can I do that? How can I give them something I don't have? How can I be that role model for them when I am at rock bottom myself?

And so my self-discovery journey began! I quickly realised that I needed to focus on what created a spark within me and what was driving me forward.

After delving deeper into my passion for property investment, which I still thoroughly enjoy till today, I still felt unfulfilled.....But what was missing? I just couldn't put my finger on it!

And that's when I discovered the incredible Power of Coaching! This literally transformed my life, totally! It enabled me to unlock my WHY, my purpose (and many other blind spots of my life) it took me to places in my core that I didn't even know existed...It was truly a surreal journey! This did not happen overnight, it has been a process that has required patience, but I was determined because my kids' faces were always in my mind. This journey never ends and is still ongoing.

After that transformational experience, I really felt this overwhelming urge to give back to those mothers and women who are also going through the journey I have been on. I really wanted for them to find themselves, know themselves and truly live a fulfilled life, I wanted every woman that I helped, to feel the way I felt when I found myself!

As Mahatma Gandhi once said: “The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others.”

No I don’t have it all figured out, but yes I put in the work each day and I believe you can too. I strongly believe my clients are whole, complete and resourceful and I am only here as a guide to help them realise that the answers are within them, if only they looked inside.

And so here I am, sharing the Pearls of wisdom that I have discovered throughout my journey and within myself and welcoming you into my shell to provide you a safe place to discover your own Pearls.

I promise to accept you for who you are, work with an open heart, full of passion and love! I will hold a mirror in front of you and guide you and sometimes even challenge you so you can grow, without judgement but with full acceptance.

I believe that behind every behaviour is an unconscious positive intention.
